Performance Choice will be introducing a new line of OE Replacement Pillar Post and Header moldingings for the 1968-1976 Corvettes in the early spring of 2010!

Some of the technical features of these products are listed below:

Substrates
-Constructed of 1.25mm thick commercial grade sheet steel with zinc-galvanized coating to out-perform and outlast the OE.
-Designed with additional metal in the ends and at the cross bar for a more rigid cross section eliminating wrinkles and surface deformation during installation.
-All substrates include billet steel ferrules at each screw location to prevent foam collapse when anchoring.

Foam
-We use two part poly-isocynite foam 1.5 times denser than the OE foam equaling a longer lifespan and plusher feel.

Skin
-Our 1.5mm thick ABS+Vinyl has been grain and color matched to 1968-76 interior options with the help of NCRS and Bloomington Gold judges to assure OEM correctness.

Our in-house engineering staff has designed the tooling and components using state-of-the-art technology such as articulated coordinate measuring machines by FARO and 3D modeling software by Autodesk Inventor. The research and development put into our 1968-76 Pillar Post & Header Moldings guarantees a concourse correct fit and finish for your Corvette.
